RouterClip hosts your workspace, application, and knowledge base. Each plan sets users, stored contacts, monthly voice minutes, and simultaneous calls. Extend users and history retention from your account.
Your voice allowance is shared across company numbers and renews each month, including on annual plans, without rollover. RouterClip measures call minutes each month and notifies your company at 80% and 100% of the allowance. Calls continue beyond it: each extra minute costs €0.15, is recorded in your usage and billed separately by RouterClip; it is not charged automatically with your subscription. Phone numbers and carrier connection charges are separate.
Contacts are stored records shared across your company, with no monthly reset. Each plan has a cap on stored contacts and RouterClip notifies your company at 80% and when the cap is reached; messages arriving through your channels are never lost. Once the cap is reached, new contacts cannot be added manually, by import or through the API until you free up space or upgrade the plan. Anonymous chat sessions do not count towards the cap.

An upgrade replaces the previous history option; prices are not added together. Reducing history gives you 30 days to export it. Open conversations and knowledge documents do not expire automatically.
Meta messages, phone numbers, carrier connections, and mailboxes may incur provider charges. These are separate from your RouterClip voice allowance. AI for every assistant, including the voice assistant and call summaries, shares your company’s monthly AI limits with chat and the other channels. When a limit is reached, assistants pause, including the voice assistant even if minutes remain, until renewal or adjustment, without automatic extra charges.
Each additional user: €10/month or €100/year. 12 months of history included; extend to 24 months for €10/month (€120/year), or 48 months for €15/month (€180/year). Reducing retention gives you 30 days to export affected history. Optional complete setup from €299, with scope agreed in advance; request it by email.

Each channel needs provider accounts and permissions. To receive or hand off calls, set up a compatible number and phone provider. The voice assistant and summary need AI enabled and use the same monthly AI limits as chat. Recording is optional; you can read the assistant conversation transcript and email the summary from a connected mailbox.
Launch prices in EUR, excluding taxes. Annual plans and users cost 10 monthly payments; history add-ons are calculated over 12 months. Creating an account does not charge you. Payment activates your plan features. Subscribe in Plan and billing through secure Stripe Checkout: the subscription activates after payment, renews automatically, and can be cancelled from your account at the end of the paid period. Online subscriptions require the payment service to be activated.
