- The workspace has company details, members, and roles used to control access.
- Customer conversations
- Connected channels bring messages and contact details into your company inbox.
- Documents
- Company documents can support assistant replies and remain associated with that company workspace.
- History you can manage
- 12 months are included. Extend to 24 or 48 months from your account, request a private data export, or schedule company closure with a seven-day cancellation period.
